ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post and the shipping charges will be based on the weight category of your purchase and location you are requiring shipping to. 

With normal delivery, goods ordered online will be delivered within approximately 5-14 working days. Free shipping Australia wide is available on all orders over $120. 

Australia-wide express post timing will depend on region, however it can range from 1-7 working days. If you need the items by a certain date, we encourage you to email our team to ensure it can be delivered on time.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been posted.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders made online will be shipped with Australia Post or DHL eCommerce.

Normal delivery depends on region, but it can take somewhere between 14-30 days.

International express post timing will also depend on region and can range from 7-21 days.

If you need items by a certain date, please email our team to ensure we choose the best shipping service for you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All parcels are trackable and you will receive an email with your tracking number once we ship the parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

In addition to your statutory rights, BODY BUDDIES gladly offers the ability to return your items within 30 days of the date of purchase (or within 30 days of receiving the order for online purchases). All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for return.

Please note: Shipping costs of already dispatched orders are non-refundable. This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. Further information is available at ACCC Consumer Rights.

Your original receipt is required as proof of purchase. We offer the below return options depending on the item you are returning:

FULL PRICE ITEMS: Items purchased at full price are eligible for return, exchange, or refund equal to the purchase price of the returned item/s. You can lodge a return request via your Body Buddies account or email our team. We will cover the cost of return postage.

Exchanges are generally avoided due to limited stock, but if you wish to request one, please email info@bodybuddies.com.au to check availability.

FAULTY ITEMS: If you feel your item is faulty or damaged in packaging, please contact info@bodybuddies.com.au. You will be eligible for an exchange or replacement product.

SALE ITEMS: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to limited stock and high demand.

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE AT BODYBUDDIES.COM.AU

You can return your Body Buddies online purchase via post, following the instructions below:

• Please contact info@bodybuddies.com.au or use your Body Buddies account to lodge a return request.
• Include your original receipt with your return.
• For faulty items, send photos of the product and packaging as proof of damage.
